To modify a hosting account quota in WHM (Web Host Manager), you can follow these steps:
1. Log in to your WHM control panel. This is typically accessed by navigating to `https://yourdomain.com:2087` or `https://yourserverip:2087` in your web browser. Replace "yourdomain.com" or "yourserverip" with the actual domain name or IP address of your server.
2. Enter your WHM username and password to log in.
3. Once you are logged in, you will see the WHM dashboard. In the search bar at the top-left corner, type "List Accounts" and click on the corresponding search result.
4. On the "List Accounts" page, you will see a list of all the hosting accounts on your server. Locate the account for which you want to modify the quota and click on the "plus" (+) icon next to it.
5. This will expand the details for that particular account. Scroll down to find the "Quota Modification" section.
6. In the "Quota Modification" section, you will see the current disk space and bandwidth usage of the account. To modify the quota, enter the new values in the "Disk Quota (MB)" and "Monthly Bandwidth (MB)" fields.
7. After entering the new values, click on the "Save" button to apply the changes.
8. WHM will now update the hosting account quota based on the values you specified. Once the process is complete, you will see a success message indicating that the changes have been saved.
Please note that modifying the hosting account quota may have implications on the resources available to that account. Make sure to consider the server's overall resource limits and the impact on other accounts when adjusting quotas.
